Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


%26middot; Manages assigned investment properties, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with portfolio objectives, with a focus on profitability.

%26middot; Conducts site visits to assess the physical state and operational practices of properties.

%26middot; Gathers, analyzes, and produces reports and documents as required.

%26middot; Formulates and executes strategies to address delays in report delivery.

%26middot; Identifies partnerships for Watchlist designation and devises strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

%26middot; Maintains relationships with stakeholders.

%26middot; Reviews and monitors quarterly operational reports using predefined metrics.

%26middot; Investigates market trends and industry shifts.

%26middot; Demonstrates market and investment acumen during interactions with partners and investors.

%26middot; Engages in independent problem-solving.

%26middot; Evaluates and underwrites proposed deal changes, providing analysis and recommendations to the investment committee and investors.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

%26middot Bachelor%26rsquos Degree (B.A.) in related field and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant real estate experience including physical property site inspections and interpreting financial statements.

%26middot Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Working Conditions:

Hours: Normal business hours. Some additional hours may be required.

Travel Required: Up to 40%. Must have a valid drivers%26rsquo license and be eligible for coverage under the firm%26rsquos Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy to drive on company business.

Working Environment: Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.


Licenses/Certifications:


Tax Credit Certification from a recognized agency, or ability to obtain in 6 months.
