What you’ll be doing...

Work on new technologies such as robotic process automation, develop, and innovate on the network organization’s chatbot platform using google dialog flow or similar NLP platform and work on AI/ML based business use cases. Identify and assess user cases to deliver technologies and solve problems using JAVA and J2EE. Collaborate with IT team to support automation needs for OSS and BSS applications. Develop, design and promote reuse of the technology solutions. Develop and support shared platforms using Spring-boot, and SQL. Conduct performance testing with JMeter. Track and report on opportunity pipelines and operational metrics to executives. Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services and protocols. Architect AWS infrastructure. Manage delivery teams by identifying project goals, establishing technical milestones, and providing engineering tasks. Work on MySQL, Oracle 11g, and PostgreSQL DB. Deliver technologies using Apache Solr and Elastic Search, Docker for containerizing app and service, Groovy script, and Ansible for automation.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years developing software using JAVA and J2EE. 3 years of experience utilizing Spring-boot, and SQL. 2 years of experience working on MySQL, Oracle 11g, and PostgreSQL DB. 2 years of experience with AWS cloud technology, and Linux operating system. 2 years of experience architecting AWS infrastructure. 1 year of experience delivering technologies using Apache Solr and Elastic Search, Docker for containerizing app and service, Groovy script, and Ansible for automation. 1 year of experience conducting performance testing with JMeter. Knowledge of Python, EKS cloud technology, and Windows is required. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
