The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will, in part, be responsible for the performance of Genesis technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
THIS POSITION IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, POSSIBLY WITHIN AN HR OR PMO ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ENVIRONMENT!
As the selected candidate, you will provide support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract or project task(s). This may include travel planning, project coordination, onboarding tasks and other administrative and HR tasks.
Responsibilities:Responsible for tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract and service administration.
Able to maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
Assists in implementation of program schedules.
Coordinates with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.
Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to INSCOM or other customers/affiliates.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college or equivalent with five years of human resources or project support experience; or
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience
Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts
Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements
Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires into program and relaying Task Order requirements to employees, corporate and subcontractor partners
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200',
