Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Director to join a federal program based in Washington, DC. This is a HYBRID position. This position will provide Senior Program Management leadership to a complex and fast-paced cybersecurity team of more than 50 team members. 

Responsibilities of the Program Director:

• Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of task order operational support functions
• Develop and maintain a master integrated program schedule
• Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of a federal agency
• Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks

Qualifications of the Program Director:

• 10+ years of Program Management experience
• Preferred- experience managing complex and multi-faceted cybersecurity projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Active PMP certification
• Active CISM or CISSP

Compensation for the Program Director:

• Salary: $150,000-190,000/year **flexible based on experience**
