We conduct independent reviews for large and/or risky programs and participate in corrective and preventative action planning.

Through our active engagement we drive improvements in (1) management and execution consistency by similar programs and (2) tools, data, processes, guidance and help programs leverage them to gain maximum value with the least burden. PX represents the program manager’s perspective as processes, guidance and tools are developed to improve program execution.

A large portion of CACI’s programs include IT Service Management, Software Development, COTS configuration, HW/SW solution development, and manufacturing/production.
