Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Advisory and Assistance Services for the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to meet contract and organizational goals
• Act as the main contact for SpRCO, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee staffing and resource allocation to ensure team performance and project objectives are met
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in program or project management, preferably in defense or government contracting sectors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with Space Force programs or missions is highly desired.
• Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in Agile Project Management, Six Sigma, or related methodologies are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000
• Benefits: Cigna health, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days PTO - 11 Federal Holidays
