The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate need for a Program Manager to join CACI's Language and Culture Training Program, REDRABBIT, and the National Cryptologic University (NCU).

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Leads the team and facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other resources within and outside of the organization.
  • Captures and tracks program risks and works with the organization to develop mitigations for the most critical risks.
  • Communicates program milestones, schedules, and risks to the team and to the broader organization.
  • Ensures key milestones and outcomes are turned into action plans for execution by project teams.
  • Tracks and leads progress to planned milestones and program outcomes.
  • Identifies and facilitates timely resolution of significant issues impacting project delivery.
  • Develops budget and manages the program’s financial performance.
  • Meets regularly with the Government representatives at designated Government facilities.
  • Leads meetings with key stakeholders for the program to align on and make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • BA or BS with 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • PMP certified, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in program management.

Desired:

  • Experience with the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO), and National Cryptologic University (NCU).
