Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Program Manager to join a fast-growing organization based in Chantilly, VA. This position will be primarily REMOTE, with a once-per-month onsite requirement. The Program Manager supports the PMO Client Delivery team and is responsible for the planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control, and successful completion of PMO projects. 

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Create project plans, defining objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports
• Identify and document project risks and issues
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards
• Develop training materials and provide customer training on assessment platforms
• Assist with budget adherence and profit targets, collaborating with the leadership and accounting to create budgets and track financial health

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

• 10+ years of increasing managerial experience for the delivery of SaaS products, services, and related professional services consulting 
• Experience managing government contract delivery including firm-fixed-price, Time and Material, Cost Plus
• PMP certification required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Compensation for the Program Manager:

• Salary: $125,000-145,000/year **flexible based on experience**
