About the Role

CACI has a career opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled and organized Program Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Business Information Systems team. The successful candidate will support program leadership to fulfill a variety of operations tasks related to the team's mission within the Agency.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to management.
  • Serves as senior assistant to Program Manager - facilitate meeting attendance, track deliverables.
  • Positions contain a broad cross-section of business administration functions across all operations of the organization including managing or performing finance, budget, HR, and facilities responsibilities.
  • Candidates may provide professional administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include email follow up, meeting scheduling, preparing budgeting summaries, project schedules, and analysis of information for function.
  • Anticipates administrative needs of department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for administrative issues for the Program and CACI
  • Initiates process improvements related to administrative responsibilities.
  • Creates a wide variety of often complex documents, such as reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Often composes first drafts of documents.
  • Makes occasional travel arrangements, processes travel expense report forms and check requests.
  • Manages logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and group events and provides event management support.
  • Attends designated meetings and may serve as department representative at designated meetings.
  • Research, prices and purchases equipment and office supplies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Top Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred

Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a executive administrator or operations specialist

Resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills

Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change

Excellent written and verbal communications skills Superior organizational and time management skills

Superior skills in Microsoft Office

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Experience with CostPoint timekeeping system

Experience working at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
