We are looking for a self-motivated, program & project strategic leader for the Channel Development team who is positioned to evolve short and long term governance strategy for VVO customer service channels. They will be responsible for challenging and re-engineering conventional business processes, policies, and ways of working that lead to large-scale transformational change. This person will work with stakeholders across the enterprise to design and execute key strategic initiatives that deliver efficiencies to reduce cost, drive revenue growth, and improve customer experience. They will align roadmaps, make recommendations and prioritize features to ensure annual plans support VCG financial targets.
Owning the pen on the channel strategy, serving as the central point of contact for inputs critical to the narrative of the strategy.
Articulating the overall outcomes expected and the roadmaps to deliver on those outcomes.
Partnering with strategic planning and routing team to enable Blueprint for Growth.
Driving upstream communications to highlight those initiatives with long-term strategic impacts that must be cared for in the broader plan.
Reviewing intake projects for strategic alignment and orchestrate cross-functionally to ensure strategic linkage and achieve execution outcomes.
Developing a single source of truth for stored information related to service procedures, policies, and standards.
DRI for managing strategic forums for VVO, ensuring relevant content and progress against the organization’s strategic transformation.
Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations.
You have a strategic mindset and enjoy leading large and complex team projects with minimal direct supervision. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. Most importantly, you are able to create actionable recommendations and updates based on what you learn from the data.
You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience developing and delivering presentations in visual platforms such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 25% (including International travel).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
Experience presenting and communicating to all levels of the business.
Experience focusing on strategy, operational processes, and the customer experience.
Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business toward an Omni-channel vision.
Excellent executive presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management experience leading cross-functional teams in complex/matrix environments on time and within budget.
Comfort working up and across the organization (i.e., working with senior staff members and front line employees).
Experience and passion for developing employee skills and a focus on their learning and development.
Experience guiding others that do not report to you, with proven facilitation, change management, and problem solving experience.
Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
Proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
