CACI is seeking a Program Staffing Manager to join our Team.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for managing all program-level resource action items and follow-up to include validating candidate skills against program position requirements.

  • Works directly with the Division Manager, Program Managers, Business Operations Manager, Hiring Managers, and other corporate groups to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close.  

  • Supports management of CACI and internal program staffing process which includes submitting job requisition requests to recruiting, resume review, coordinating interviews as needed and ensuring candidate feedback is provided.  

  • Works with recruiting to manage the program’s CACI candidate pipeline and ensuring routine contact with candidates.

  • Manages staffing documentation and position tracking

  • Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining standard processes used to manage resources (e.g. interview process, onboarding process, group management)

  • Supports the PMO with any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relative experience

  • Strong organizational knowledge

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Workday

  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and employee interaction

  • Three or more years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting 

  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management

  • Demonstrates effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CACI recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes and systems

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
