We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of AFRICOM and EUCOM’s mission objectives.  CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Program Support Analyst. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM/US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position requires the employee to relocation OCONUS. No Tele-Work is authorized.

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking for a Program Support Analyst for the Program Management Office (PMO) to support daily operations and specific tasks.

    As the Program Support Analyst, you will have to demonstrate excellent organization, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • You will need a strong commitment to contract, program, corporate, and mission.

    The goal of this role is to achieve operational objectives within job area with direct impact on results.

  • You will work collaboratively with the PMO team on complex assignments, compliance, and security protocols.

  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation to reach agreement.

  • May work to influence parties within own job function at an operational level.

  • Role will require understanding of other PMO job areas and will require cross-functional training to provide additional support to PMO program related services.

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting PMO day-to-day operations.

  • You will be responsible to set objectives in your respective job area to execute in the PMO.

  • Work unsupervised and as part of a team– taking that a step further you’ll proactively seek out work and where you can help others.

  • Train contract personnel on program and corporate polices.

  • Ensure the daily upkeep of PMO files and databases.

  • Monitor existing tasks to ensure timely execution and completion.

  • Identify contractual requirements for clearance and submit required documentation.

  • Provide business/administrative support to team members and PM staff.

  • Assist with Visit Request and other security tasks.

  • Additional Ad-Hoc tasks may be required.​

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Experience with TDY travel including OCONUS Relocation and Repatriation.

  • Experience with financial functions including databases, spreadsheets, and reports.

  • Active Secret clearance required.

  • Must be TESA approved.

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

Desired:

  • Experience in TESA process is referred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced team-oriented setting.

  • Strong written and verbal skills and must be articulate and work well with others.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500 - 117,900 USD
