General Summary:

PPS - Process & Package Solutions Team is looking for a Project Analyst with a drive to self-succeed and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will work with cross-functional and cross geo teams and will assist by developing and managing processes, procedures, and tools designed to increase productivity and improve existing flows. This person will also develop and recommend alternate system managements tools to satisfy core business objectives.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage various ops databases and implement new enhancements requests.

• Assist in rolling up financials for products by working with cross functional teams. Provide a clear summary of financials and review with internal teams before official submission.

• Assist in fiscal year budget inputs roll up and manage budget dashboards to efficiently track fiscal year actuals.

• Create new executive dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Provide operations support to all functional teams.

• Assist with resource planning for projects and gap analysis.

• Drive product reviews across different core meetings, capture meeting minutes and track AIs.

• Manage project milestones and manage change requests and project risks.

• Assist with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g. tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems).

• Assist with project planning activities like plans, schedules, and work breakdown structure.

• Create new flows using power automation for new and existing SharePoint lists

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint lists, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Power Point and Visio

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly organize and articulate information.

• Strong presentation skills, excellent analytical skills, and eye for detail.

• Understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle

• Good in English

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience supporting project management and execution.

• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry

• Experience with SharePoint, GitHub, Agile and Tableau and data analytic tools

• Previous SW programming and/or scripting experience is a plus.

Education REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    High School Diploma or equivalent.
