The Opportunity:
You will provide vital services in support of the TSA’s mission of protecting the nation’s air, rail, transit, and highway transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. This partnership enables the TSA to continue serving approximately 1.9 million passengers every day at mass transit stations and airports nationwide.
You will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge management tools/trackers required by individual program offices that may be necessary for program and/or project management. Ensure all parties are utilizing correct versions of documents and that version control is continually maintained. Ensure that briefings, documents, and correspondence are clear and tailored to their audience (e.g., SES, senior managers, contractors, etc.)
This position requires being on-site, either at TSA's HQ in Springfield, VA, or another location within the National Capital Region (NCR) (e.g., Annapolis Junction, MD).
Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities may include applying process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects, including
Providing activity and data modeling
Developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assess performance measurements, and providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
