Job Summary:

Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a skilled and dedicated Project Analyst with a background in Quality Assurance to join our IT Services team on a primarily remote basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software by validating requirements, conducting thorough testing, and implementing automated regression tests for various projects. This position involves working collaboratively with the development team to identify and resolve system and software defects, maintaining a high standard of excellence in our software deliverables.

Responsibilities of the QA/Project Analyst include:

• Validate that software requirements are met and ensure defect-free software.
• Facilitate acceptance testing and set up automated regression tests for development projects.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and remedy system and software defects.
• Ensure the quality of programs, software, and systems through meticulous testing and analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Document and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the planning and execution of testing strategies and test plans.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

Qualifications for the QA/Project Analyst include:

• 4-10 years of experience in QA/Project Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation for the QA/Project Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000/year **depending on experience**
• Benefit Package: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.
• Remote flexible structure (optional onsite 1x per month for team bonding)
