Job Description:

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a skilled Project Integrator to join our dynamic team dedicated to the reverse engineering, design, and fabrication of prototype UAV aircraft platforms. As the technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing day-to-day taskings, maintaining production schedules, and managing vendors.

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the reverse engineering, design, and fabrication of prototype UAV aircraft platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day taskings to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of prototypes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source necessary materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality work output.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to UAV aircraft design and fabrication.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the reverse engineering, design, and fabrication of prototype UAV aircraft platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day taskings to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of prototypes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to source necessary materials and services and manage vendor delivery timeframes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality work output.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to UAV aircraft design and fabrication.
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with multi rotor and fixed wing UAS platforms.
  • Building and/or flying radio control aircraft.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment, where small teams share a broad variety of responsibilities.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products.
