The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Secret or Top Secret cleared Project Manager to manage multiple projects supporting C5ISR solutions and integration at Lexington Park, MD.
Responsibilities::
Support Program Managers in leading and managing the project life cycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long and short-range goals and milestones.
Direct a project team usually within a matrix organization; monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules in conjunction with contract specifications and guidelines.
Communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance, including briefings and reports regarding plans, achievements, and opportunities within and outside of the program.
Briefs developed and communicated will include program plans and forecasts, Program Management Reviews and business cases.
Manages acquisition and employment of project resources and manage and control financial, technical, and administrative aspect of the project with respect to contract requirements.
This position reports to the Deputy Program Manager.
This role is responsible for managing a small team and communicate with stakeholders to facilitate, coordinate and assist with the day-to-day execution of the project or program.
This role is responsible for generating revenue.
Qualifications:
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in a Business or Technical Field AND at least 3 years’ experience managing technical projects (at least 1 year spent managing US Department of Defense projects) OR Associates Degree from an accredited university in a Business or Technical Field AND 5 years’ experience managing technical projects (at least 1 year spent managing US Department of Defense projects).
Experience with electronic system technologies, analysis, design, research, development, test and evaluation or logistics support and integration.
PMP Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of start date).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
An active DoD Top Secret clearance.
PMP Certification.
Experience supporting US NAVY/NAVAIR programs.
Experience managing technical projects with content ranging from access control, Audio/Visual installation, WAN/LAN network setup, command and control suite design and installation, data center setup and support, and HF/VHF/SATCOM communications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
