Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Python Developer to support a long term Department of Homeland Security program. This work is fully remote.

Responsibilities of the Python Developer:

•      Write well-structured Python Code in an AWS environment

•      Understand data pipelines and design patterns

•      Develop data stores, APIs, and ETL functionality

•      Deliver reliable and scalable solutions

•      Contribute to code repositories and demo during sprints

Requirements of the Python Developer:

•      10+ years of experience in software engineering

•      Strength in Python and related libraries

•      Experience with multiple storage solutions and data structures

•      Experience in microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD in an AWS environment

•      MUST be eligible for DHS Suitability

Compensation for the Python Developer:

•      Annual salary: $135,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
