About this Role
Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and shape the Central Region's recruitment efforts, playing a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth agenda. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our talent acquisition capabilities to meet strategic workforce needs. You will take ownership of building, managing, and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional results across multiple regions and functions.
Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $90,000 - $115,000.
Location: This position is located in Meridian, CO.

Compensation Range
