The Opportunity:

CACI has several Part-Time-On-Call opportunities for Research Analysts to support one of our mission critical programs out of Homestead, FL. As a CACI Research Analyst, you will work closely with Intelligence Analysts receiving guidance and mentorship to play a critical role in the integration of academic research into military operations within the Special Operations Community. This position implements educational strategies that support long-term operational goals to enhance strategic capabilities.

 

  • Assist with the integration of academic research with operational objectives, ensuring practical application.

  • Collaborate with leadership and Intelligence Analysts to identify gaps within military strategy, intelligence, and cyber warfare.

  • Develop and implement educational strategies to support operational goals and enhance professional development.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Provide research analytical support to the Special Operations Community as needed across the following areas:

  • Assist with the integration of academic research that enhance operational capabilities.

  • Apply academic knowledge to real-world military scenarios.

  • Collaborate with leadership and analysts to align with educational initiatives towards long-term operational goals.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations on educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • ​Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Ability to interface with team members, technical leads, and Project Managers.

  • Ability to work alone on individual projects with supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

  • Good verbal communication skills.

Desired:

  • Experience in military strategy, intelligence, operations, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver bilingual presentations and reports.

  • Previous research analyst experience, teamwork capabilities, interpersonal skills, and activities.

  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is desired.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$52,300-$107,200
