Job Summary

Under limited supervision uses specialized knowledge and skill obtained through experience, specialized training or certification to serve as a resource for administration of a select group of qualified retirement and health reimbursement plans, which may include all aspects of plan design, overseeing day to day administration, Trust Accounting, participant notices, and plan documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities












Job Requirements

Knowledge of

Excellent problem solving including an ability to independently research and determine strategies to solve client needs

Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of Salesforce, OMNI, and WEX Cloud (not required but prefer)

Skill in

Excellent customer service skills

Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing

Ability to

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Capability to learn new systems and processes

Able to prioritize, work independently and drive tasks to completion

Proactive customer service mentality

Handle multiple ongoing projects

The position is eligible for a hybrid work environment, after the training period. Must live within commuting distance to the San Jose, CA Office.

Education/Previous Experience

Bachelor%26rsquos degree, preferable in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical majors and a minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience, preferably client facing and in the retirement industry.

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
