About this Role

The Risk Administrator will support the Risk Manager in all aspects of insurance claims process for corporate-wide property, workers' compensation, casualty, and automobile liability and other related insurance plans.

What You'll Do

  • Receiving, analyzing, and organizing claim information from across the organization
  • Entering/uploading incident information into the claims system and liaising with third party administrator (TPA) to facilitate timely claims resolution.
  • Maintain in-place filing system
  • Facilitate accurate & prompt claim management by maintaining open communication with all parties involved, gathering information, analyzing auto liability and general liability claims.
  • Collaborating with roles across the organization to provide accurate & timely claim information

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience related to handling auto / general liability claims.
  • Must have obtained & maintained a claim adjuster's license at some point whether or not it is current.
  • Excellent oral/written communication & organizational skills
  • Understanding of overall auto claim operations, processes, laws, and roles
  • Must be competent working in the suite of Microsoft applications
  • Able to think critically, use resources & seek answers when needed
  • Strong working knowledge & ability to utilize multiple systems to process claims
  • Strong Time Management Skills & Multi-Tasking Capabilities
