  • Lead the development of quantitative risk exposure aggregation to continue to develop tools to measure digital asset risk
  • Collaborate closely across functions including the first line, technology, legal and compliance to ensure risk factors are embedded into each stage of product development
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure the company’s practices comply with global standards and expectations. Moreover, help lead the dialogue with regulators in the digital assets space

  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulation as they pertain to the Digital Assets space
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills key in balancing daily deadlines with timely implementation of strategic projects
  • Proven experience in driving own book of work and delivering against firmwide and cross-risk initiatives
