The Opportunity:

Mastodon Design is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries while providing critical support to Account Managers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of sales operations and best practices. You will be responsible for verifying customer information, generating invoices and quotes, coordinating order processing, and compiling sales reports to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in customer information and payment details.
• Serve as a key point of contact, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email while gathering necessary information.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records in internal systems.
• Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Communicate valuable customer feedback to internal teams to enhance service and product offerings.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable customer support.
• Manage and track sales demonstrations and trade show equipment.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.

• Experience with administrative recordkeeping and sales data management

Desired:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$47,100-$96,500
