You will be accountable for delivering engaging programs and tools that enable the Sales Teams to maximize sales, revenue, and productivity. This position will report to the Associate Director of Sales Enablement.
Responsibilities will include:
Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs, and accreditations).
Collaborate on sales enablement content, including developing videos, graphics, and digital media design.
Provide analysis to support strategic process, program, or system changes and achieve optimal performance levels.
Solve problems by digging into the details to determine root causes, quantifying impact, and pursuing impactful solutions.
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs.
Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

You'll need to have:
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Four or more years of project/program design and management experience.
Experience with communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Graphic design skills including experience in developing videos.
Wireline or Wireless Sales Experience.
Experience with Google suite of products and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience building new enablement tools/programs and uncovering untapped enablement potential.
Experience partnering with marketing, sales, operations, and legal.
Knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry (ie. B360, Outreach, Artemis, Seismic, and Salesforce).
Experience in curriculum development, training and reporting.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master's degree or MBA.
Understanding of how software technology is used to solve business problems.
Experience leading a broadly defined project.
Project Management Certification.
A consistent record of high-impact success.
Skills to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
Collaborative nature.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $95,000.00 and $221,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
