General Summary:
Qualcomm OneIT is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure the platform meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including user account management, data integrity, and system backups.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and implement them as appropriate.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with minimum 3 years in Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
