Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team supporting the CDC’s Public Health Infrastructure Center in the Atlanta, GA area. The Salesforce Developer focuses on enhancing and maintaining Salesforce systems related to grants management and fund tracking and will work on a well-established project with a team (developers, admins, and consultants) contributing to ongoing module updates and system improvements. This is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in the project’s evolution, particularly focusing on new module releases and system maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning/Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and API-based integrations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement for application design, code management, and release management.
  • Customize Salesforce environments by designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve configuration and integration challenges.
  • Work on Salesforce community portals, delivering features based on user stories and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, participating in regular meetings to provide updates and address any risks.

Qualification:

  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Migration.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or CRM Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong experience with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, OmniStudio, and FlexCards preferred.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket/GitHub and working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Previous experience working with CDC is highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development, or experience in lieu of degree

Compensation:

Salary Range: $121K – $130K (Direct Placement)

Citizenship requirements: Green Card Holder or U.S. Citizen required

Clearance: must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Location: 100% Remote (must live in an occasional commutable distance to Atlanta, GA area)
