Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join an essentially federal program on a primarily remote basis. This position requires an active Secret (or higher) clearance.

All candidates MUST live within a commutable range to one of the following locations: Arlington, VA, Columbus, OH, Greenwood Village, CO, Hill AFB, UT, Mechanicsburg, PA, Oklahoma City, OK, San Antonio, TX, Montgomery, AL, Fort Huachuca, AZ, Chambersburg, PA, Fort Meade, MD, Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, performance testing, and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring up-to-date practices.
• Design web architecture, improve site navigation, and manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of website pages, ensuring functionality and navigation standards.

Qualifications of the Salesforce Developer:

• 5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. 
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular. 
• Awareness of agile software development processes utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.

Compensation for the Salesforce Developer:

• Salary: $125,000-145,000/year *flexible based on experience*
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick Leave as required by Law
• REMOTE flexibility (occasional onsite duties at one of the above locations)
