Job Description:

The Opportunity:

CACI Agile Digital Solutions group is actively looking for an experienced SAP Analytics and Reporting expert to lead and support analytics, data governance and AI solutions for a large scale SAP program. The candidate will work closely with the system/solution architects, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and the user community resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. This role requires the candidate to have in depth understanding of business and technical architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud systems and third-party analytics and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the customer to understand requirements, designing a solution based upon those requirements, reviewing the design with the customer, and working with the larger project team to ensure full integration with the enterprise SAP solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to align business processes with team needs and dependencies, ensuring a cohesive strategy across finance, supply chain, procurement, and CRM domains.
  • Translate the customer needs into analytics requirements across finance, supply chain, procurement, and CRM functional domains.
  • Assess requirements and develop alternatives and recommendations to define data governance, analytics, reporting and AI solutions that best meet the business requirements.
  • Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them.
  • Create detailed Analytics and AI strategy roadmap for the program based on customer requirements and priorities.
  • Define and create key metrics and KPIs to capture and track progress and improvements.
  • Actively work with SAP and OEM reporting tool providers (SAP NS2, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) to understand and collaborate on roadmaps for public sector solutions (e.g. BTP, DataSphere) and influence priorities based on customer needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of SAP analytics, reporting, and AI strategies.
  • Rationalize the program’s existing SAP reporting solutions across OLTP, BI/BW, BO, and SAC and define the program’s best fit capabilities for existing reporting needs
  • Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions using SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and third-party solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
  • Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning models into business processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage a team of data analysts and reporting specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the program’s training and change management team in support of end-users to maximize the value of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Provide guidance on architectural standards, data management, governance processes, and provide the vision to explore and effectively utilize emerging technologies.
  • Champion Data stewardship, data cleansing and enterprise data management effort and solutions.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI), a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit (NACLC) background investigation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-8 years of related work experience, with 2-3 years specifically in management
  • Proven experience in SAP analytics, reporting, and AI, with a strong understanding of SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, and third-party solutions.
  • Experience implementing and advising data governance procedures and best practices
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience implementing analytics solutions to Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevSecOps processes.
  • Proficient authoring and presenting program solution documents.
  • Experience managing teams of technical and functional consultants – including identifying needs, recruiting, selecting, and retaining talent.

Desired:

  • Ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment supporting one or multiple programs.
  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Cloud platform and technologies knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Information Steward and SAP ADM by Syniti is preferred.
  • Understanding SAP’s roadmap on new technologies and tools including RISE for SAP, BTP services roadmap.
  • SAP certification(s) in analytics, reporting, or related areas is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
