CACI is seeking a Senior SAP FI-CO / Federal Financial and Funds Management Analyst to support our Web-based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) project with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). WBSCM is a premier CACI project, offering the opportunity to work on operational support and enhancements of the internet-based application for food procurement and distribution built on SAP software.

In your role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing operational support and continuous improvement of financial business processes by analyzing and designing improvement and new functionalities while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. You will work in close collaboration with other SAP and non-SAP business functions and interact with a diverse group of functional and technical subject matter experts throughout the implementation and will ensure compliance with

quality control processes.

Your work on this project will directly contribute toward feeding school children via the National School Lunch Program; assisting in emergencies, such as the COVID-19 pandemic; and assisting with the Food Distribution Program by working on a Salesforce subsystem called the Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) to serve the Indian Tribal Organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support on; issues reported by end users, system monitoring, business consulting and auditing.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and support SAP Federal Financial functional solution enhancements and improvements.
  • Demonstrate abilities with identifying and addressing customer requirements: provide subject matter expertise in discussions.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the business requirements and apply SAP Federal Financials and SAP Funds Management expertise to recommend functional solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into appropriate solutions assessing alignment to standard SAP, scalability, and optimization.
  • Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed solutions in a cross-team environment
  • Configure SAP and other applications to enable defined business processes and validate to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

  • SAP Federal Financial and Funds Management functional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 7+ years of implementation experience including blueprinting, design, development, and end user support.
  • Experience with at-least 2 full lifecycle SAP Federal Financial implementations as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP Federal Financial based solutions and FM integrations with other SAP modules
  •  Expert level skills using Excel data analysis tools and reporting
  •  Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and SAP Solution Manager tools.
  •  Self-motivated to learn new concepts and collaborate with other team members
  • Public Sector Industry Experience is desired
  • Working experience with ALM desired
  •  Working experience with Version One desired

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,500-$188,000
