The work you'll be doing will be managing and supporting enterprise customers for their business-critical services. You will be improving the customer experience and should be willing to take up the responsibility of taking ownership of assigned tasks, resolve tasks within assigned shift or correctly transition incident to oncoming shift if not resolved, track task to resolution.
Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex enterprise security device incidents.
Understanding proposed architectural changes that will impact the customers business and be able to articulate outcomes to technical and non-technical team.
Understanding Change Management participation to include; create/update/close change request in requisite change system, design change and submit change form, or review submitted change form and correct any deficiencies, stage or implement change and troubleshoot failed changes.
Using vendor provided tools, log files, scripts, etc. to resolve complex incidents.
Performing in-depth research of assigned problems to identify the best resolution and present information to customers and implement it.
Performing monthly checks of device operations to include; OOB testing, backups, password management, etc.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience and knowledge of firewall functionality includes Palo Alto, CISCO ASA, Checkpoint, Juniper (SRX, ISG, NetScreen, etc.), Fortinet.
Experience and knowledge of Caching/Proxy/AV devices (Bluecoat, Cisco, NetCache).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of Global/Local load balancing devices (F5 (LTM, ASM, 3DNS), Cisco CSS, Alteon, Redline).
