What you’ll be doing...

The Concession Connectivity team is part of the Global Payment Solutions & Operations group in the Finance Operations organization.  As part of this team, you will perform a wide range of activities, including reporting, data analysis, automation development, and dashboard creation.  You will develop and maintain the business intelligence solutions that support our Concession programs.  You will oversee and transform data into actionable insights that will lead to informed business decisions. Perform essential report development including trend analysis activities across workgroups resulting in the attainment of the strategic goals.

  • Provide analytic insights and review all Concession data points.

  • Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to develop data-driven solutions to difficult business challenges.

  • Provide support and act as a subject matter expert for all SQL and scripting issues.

  • Write advanced SQL queries from multiple sources for any business problem to identify/quantify opportunities, or to address specific questions.

  • Create and support Visualizations of complex data, and aggregate data for strategic reporting and analytics.

You pay attention to the details and know how to focus on what really matters. You understand the importance of accuracy in data analytics and reporting. You are a self-starter and a multitasker who can work independently under tight timelines. You want to make an impact by providing the data that will help improve the experience of our customers.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or Big Query, and pulling data from SQL/EDW data warehouses.

  • Experience with Data Modelling techniques and Data Warehouse .

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities.

  • Experience with dashboards creation using Tableau/QLIK.

  • Experience managing time-bound task deliverables for multiple stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree  in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes.

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.

  • Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of ETL process and reporting tools.

  • Experience with automation and reporting products (Talend, KNIME, UI Path, etc.).
