You will partner with key stakeholders and be responsible for managing, sourcing, and governance to oversee the Network Systems data processing budget and hardware and software purchases to support the organization's operational needs. The role requires expertise in software procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.
Responsibilities will include...
Overseeing data processing budget to ensure mitigation of budgetary constraints to stay within financial targets and align with the organization's specifications and data processing needs. Manage overall data processing budgeting and forecasting.
Overseeing hardware/software budget to ensure mitigation of budgetary constraints to stay within financial targets and align with the organization's specifications and hardware/software needs.
Facilitating and managing data processing/hardware/software purchases by building and maintaining relationships with procurement, vendor management, sourcing, and FP&A.
Monitoring vendor performance and managing relationships to ensure continuous quality and timely delivery.
Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
Adhering to all procurement regulations, laws, and ethical guidelines.
Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive procurement information
Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve procurement outcomes.
Staying abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in procurement.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with procurement tools and systems (Ariba, 1ERP, Google Suite).
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business related fields
Ability to change direction often and effectively
Experience with business/vendor contracts
Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience in Google Suite
Attention to detail and problem solver
