Increasing access and usability of this new “electricity” to the AI, open and 3rd party developer communities is the mission of the Developer Engineering team in Qualcomm’s Central Software Engineering organization.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering lead to drive the internal developer experience (DevX) transformation needed to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge semiconductor technology and developer communities. Your team will work closely with various engineering, product, support and design teams to create developer-focused tools, libraries, and best practices. This includes defining requirements to improve developer experience as part of the New Product Introduction framework and driving internal dogfood campaigns to measure and ensure products are “developer ready”.
The team’s success will require deep collaboration with our Developer Relations and Marketing teams and participation in their community outreach and advocacy mission. Together we will ensure that our developers have the best possible environment to create, build, and innovate on Qualcomm technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 10+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.Key Responsibilities:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$211,500.00 - $317,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
