As a senior consultant in the ERP Governance and Compliance team, you will be responsible for driving Cutover preparation and execution phase by working closely with global cutover team, business cutover champions and application teams for various Transformation and Strategic SAP and non SAP programs/projects.  You will be part of a centralized ERP team that hosts all the key ERP integration functions. If you are passionate about working across multiple platforms/systems, this team works on all the latest and greatest technologies to focus on a best-of-class user experience.  The primary function of this role is to own and drive cutover and go live transition initiatives from India.

• Prepare SAP Cutover Plans and Communications protocols with various Business and IT Stakeholders, preparing and executing backout plan, etc.

• Be a Point of Contact for Deployment Queries and Timeline inquiries

• Use cutover tools to track the progress during the project and triage for any cutover related issues between respective teams responsible for cutover activities.

• Ensure that technical and functional teams have all the information needed to complete cutover tasks.

• Coordinate mock cutover events, applying lessons learned and process improvements

• Run Cutover meetings and Report on progress to stakeholders

• Participating in the project intake, project plan, and test planning, strategy discussions, and providing inputs from a functional testing perspective

• Collaborating with the Continuous Delivery (CD) team to ensure the Automation Framework integrates seamlessly with the CD pipeline.

• Working independently under minimum supervision. A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus, fast learning, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

• Multi-tasking with High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, triage issues, and react well to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant work experience 

• IT experience with Cutover experience on SAP implementation or SAP rollouts (ECC & SAP S/4 HANA)

• Project Management experience

• 6+ Years’ Experience in SAP Technical Areas as SAP ABAP

• Multiple Full Systems Life Cycle solution deployment 

• Exposure to all SDLC implementation phases:  Planning, Design, Blueprint, Data Migration, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End User training, Cut-Over, Delivery, Go-live and Post Go-live. 

• Experience gathering testing requirements, building test case inventory, developing and maintaining test scripts, and test execution prioritization.

• Experience in facilitating daily status meetings, managing test execution and defect resolution tracking and reporting blockers to management.

• Experience with software defect tracking systems such as qTest, JIRA, Agile Studio, Quality Center, or relevant. Reporting, troubleshooting, and retesting.

• 2-3 years of experience with ALM Quality Center software, QA Methodology, and Defect Management process. 

• Experience measuring test quality through metrics and KPIs related to test execution and defects.

• 2-3 years of experience with Jira and Jira Integration with Q-Test, TOSCA 

• Experience with creating Jira boards, dashboards and EasyBI reports

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues promptly.

Even better if you have:

• SAP Technical Certification

• Awareness of SAP BASIS and Middleware technologies

• 2-3 years of experience with TOSCA, Q-Test

• Supply Chain or Finance Domain experience.
