We're seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of our advanced GenAI platform. This role is crucial in advancing our AI capabilities and enabling innovative enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions.

• Lead development of our GenAI platform, focusing on conversational AI, bot personalization, and admin features.
• Integrate and fine-tune advanced language models via Amazon Bedrock.
• Implement RAG capabilities and enhance multi-language support.
• Design scalable backend services using AWS serverless technologies.
• Improve frontend applications for bot management and analytics.
• Implement robust security features and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions across business units.

What we are looking for…

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge GenAI platform development, driving innovation in scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise AI solutions.

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Software development experience, focusing on AI and cloud technologies.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront).
• Proven track record in developing large-scale, production-ready AI applications.
• Expert understanding of NLP concepts and experience with large language models.
• Strong background in serverless architectures and microservices design.
• Full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React and modern frontend practices.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in evaluation and benchmarking of language models.
• Skills in performance monitoring and analytics for AI systems.
• Expertise in testing and validation of AI models for safety and reliability.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimization.
• Experience with continuous evaluation and testing of AI models in production.
• Knowledge of security testing and vulnerability assessment for AI systems.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes for AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with bias detection and fairness assessment in AI models.
• Experience with explainability and interpretability tools for AI decisions.
• Skills in integration testing for AI systems within larger applications.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for AI models.
• Understanding of compliance checking for AI systems against regulatory standards.
• Experience in performance comparison across different AI models and versions.
• Familiarity with data quality assessment for AI training and testing.
• Proficiency in error analysis and debugging tools for AI models.
• Experience in scalability testing for AI systems under various loads.
• Skills in developing customizable evaluation metrics for specific use cases.
• Knowledge of visualization tools for AI model performance and behavior.
• Experience with collaborative platforms for AI testing and evaluation.
• Proficiency in version control and tracking for AI model development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities
• Self-motivated with a passion for AI innovation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
