What you’ll be doing...

You will explore what our people need to learn to be even better. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture. You’ll craft learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.

  • Collaborating with partners to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.

  • Working as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, understanding their learning needs, and aligning L&D initiatives with business objectives.

  • Building innovative learning solutions for sales, products, customer service, and employee development.

  • Handling projects to build effective learning solutions on time and on budget.

  • Evaluating program efficiency and continuously improving our solutions.

  • Facilitating Leadership workshops, delivering presentations, and providing coaching and feedback.



What we’re looking for...

You’re energized by discovering the best new learning approaches and applying them to create engaging learning programs. You seek feedback and understand the importance of continuous improvement. You gain satisfaction from leading projects to meet key learning objectives and then seeing the impact of strong learning programs on the performance of the business.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience designing custom learning programs using alternative delivery methods.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Program Management experience at a scale

  • Change management experience to support the implementation of new L&D initiatives

  • Data analysis skills to track metrics, measure impact, and generate reports
