Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in talent management and organizational development activities, including leadership development, leadership coaching, team dynamics and facilitation for complex and sensitive issues, competency modeling, assessments, performance management, change management, and workforce   
  • Significant experience identifying relevant analytical problems, determining appropriate diagnostic methods and solving unique and complex issues/problems
  • Utilize data gathering methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques (e.g., surveys, interviews/focus groups, etc.) to analyze  assumptions, facts, and context and skillfully adjusts to improve quality of design and solutions and provide recommendations based on results of analysis and other data as needed
  • Experience in work which displays increasing levels of responsibility and/or authority
  • Significant experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors
  • Experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals  
  • Effective skill building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy and tact
  •  Effective skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation
  • Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Effective skill to successfully influence, lead and/or guide others towards goals
  • Effective database and presentation software skills
  • Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills 
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational, planning and time management and problem solving skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field 
  • Professional certifications in one or more of the following: organizational development, executive coaching, evaluation/measurement, change management

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for senior/executive leaders in designated business units by providing development support such as facilitating new leader assimilations, gathering and debriefing feedback for leader development, providing assessment debriefs, and providing ongoing leadership development support 
  • Consult on and provide resources in team effectiveness and efficiency, team interventions, team development, change management, and strategic planning 
  • Support the enterprise by designing and implementing integrated processes and programs focused on talent management, employee engagement, communities of practice, and competency integration into the performance management cycle 
  • Design and develop organizational structures, initiatives, programs, processes and measures of success using a proven OD life cycle to ensure that the desired objectives and goals are achieved: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation 
  • Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with customers' expectations, timelines & budget constraints
  • Utilize expertise in competencies to consult on each step within the performance management cycle and individual development planning 
  • Conduct ongoing research on industry best practices and serve as knowledge resource for organizational development, leadership development, learning effectiveness, coaching, and other methodologies and tools 
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify development opportunities and recommend applicable business solutions
  • Interpret results of analysis; present recommendations, alternatives and implications 
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.) 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
