Job Description:

CACI's Spectrum Superiority Solutions division is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team and lead the sales organization. With a focus on Technical Counter Intelligence this job focuses on offering devices that can be fielded to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals and communications systems.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Represent CACI Spectrum Superiority Solutions as a Technical Counterintelligence expert and build relationships across the DOD, Federal Government, commercial sector, and in foreign markets to grow sales for the account.
  • Represent CACI Spectrum Superiority Solutions as an Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support all products and developments associated with CACI S3 Products – with focus on CTL System Ware products.
  • Support Sales Executives, Program Management, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of the CTL System Ware product lines

More About the Role

  • Maintain the CRM tool for your account and provide information to support sales briefings to Senior Management

  • Maintain a weekly activity report of activities across your account

  • Provide technical assistance to all CACI S3 customers for TCI, EMSO, SIGINT, EW, and ELINT Products.

  • Provide oversight for demonstrations of CACI S3 products in various locations supporting government testing, demonstrations of capability, integration, and regression testing.

  • Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support spiral improvements to the product line.

  • Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.

  • Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communication with internal company chain of command and customer POCs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or an equal amount of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of operational experience operating DOD Technical Counterintelligence systems, or spectrum management, EW,  SIGINT systems in an operational environment
  • An active TS/SCI due to the customer set
  • Detailed understanding of DOD Technical Counterintelligence Systems and or Spectrum management, EW, SIGINT operations in all domains
  • Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction finding
  • Self driven and have the ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervised
  • Ability to travel on short notice to demonstrate the CACI S3 systems in an appropriate environment
  • Understanding of Federal Law enforcement and the IC community, also a detailed understanding of the different functions inside the IC
  • Ability to lead training classes with customer users

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with Joint DoD RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.
  • Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment and work as a team.
  • Prior Military MOS or NEC in a EW/SI specialty

The proposed salary range for this position is:
