Full Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team in support of a government agency. This position will require 5 days in the office, located in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

Responsibilities/Overview:

  • In charge of deploying and maintaining operational and test systems.

  • Troubleshooting ad hoc site issues as they arise.

  • Debugging source code.

  • Writing robust code with appropriate error checking and handling.

  • Strong understanding of sound software development principles and practices.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relative experience.

  • Expert in AWS Dev and Deployment

  • Proficient in C++, Java, and Python

  • Experience with Java Spring Boot

  • Experience working in a Linux environment

  • History of writing unit tests in JUnit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

    Compensation and Benefits:

  • $175,000-$215,000
