We are seeking an innovative, customer-focused Product Manager to drive the AI platform product. In this role, you will have a chance to shape the AI Platform that will enable AI-powered applications for app PayPal customers.
Your day to day:
Guide AI product strategy and roadmap to bring innovative product features
Develop deep understanding of our customer pain points and opportunities, and prioritize and develop AI solutions to create seamless and effortless experiences and ensure timely delivery
Develop strategies for to enable more personalized, continuous conversational experiences across the customer journey.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal and Compliance, UX teams along with domain ownership teams to build consensus and alignment.
Define detailed end-to-end product requirements, scope, ship, and measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn
Continuously demonstrate strategic & analytical abilities, and are laser focused on executing at scale.
Define KPIs, evaluate and analyze success metrics, leverage data that improve product quality continuously.
In this role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results for Customer Service. You must have the ability to succeed in a matrix environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive, and transparent way.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
Build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders/peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, group and division
What you need to bring:
Minimum of 5-7 years of Product Management experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player: ability to interface and build relations at all levels
Excellent analytical and data driven problem-solving skills
Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed decisions strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in developing and launching AI-powered products or solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing platform products, technologies and platforms
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL/MySQL
