Job Title:  SIOP Lead

Location:  Cleveland, OH

Business Unit:  Team Wendy

Purpose of Position:

The SIOP Lead will support the delivery value stream as I transition into the manager position, and expand my scope to include inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Fulfillment of this SIOP Lead role will also support Jen and Sadys as they transition into their new product value stream positions. Without a SIOP lead, three different value stream managers will be further challenged in being able to grow into their new roles. Interactions between operations and customer service will deteriorate significantly.

Essential Duties and/or Functions:

• Reserving available stock to customer orders
• Responding to Customer Service with delivery lead time quotes
• Completing SIOP and tier 1/2 operational reporting
• Releasing new customer orders
• Liaison between Customer Service team and Delivery Value Stream
• Entering order exception dates

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent (College Experience preferred)
• Strong communication skill and ability to work on-site in CLE on a consistent basis

Preferred/Desired Skills and/or Experiences:

• Aptitude and desire to learn data analytics
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and IFS
• Intrinsically motivated with ability to dig into details
• Strong attention to detail

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $75,000 - $96,000 annually.  The final salary offered to a 5successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
