What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS Special Operations Tactical Operations Center Europe (TOC-E) Battle Captain, you will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to daily operations and assigned tasks.  This fast-paced position is directly responsible for managing the tactical operations center, supervising personnel, and may include one or more subordinate supervisors.  You will monitor and synchronize current operations to enable the client’s PIR, CCIR, and order of battle priorities and communicate according to the proscribed format across echelons to inform the client of significant events or situational changes.  Additionally, you will provide leadership to a cell that can analyze order of battle with the capability to operate within all domains and integrate within the Joint Force.   You will be required to assure mission networks remain available and oversee all TOC-E notification processes and procedures.  As a key enabler for operations, you will direct the completion of network and systems analysis taskings, standardization and security assessments, monitoring, alerts notification, and reporting of operational briefs to senior government program management.

More About this Role:

The TOC-E Battle Captain provides technical, administrative, and operational management for assigned projects or tasks.  You will supervise assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors, and participate in tactical plans, proposals, reports, and task order development.  Additionally, you will conduct planning and provide recommendations to the client on task workload, attend meetings, and may serve as a primary client liaison.  You will also interact with other agencies, vendors, and program staff on behalf of the client.  Finally, you will be required to coordinate deliverables and products development, ensure project deliverables maintain the highest standard, maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned, and participate in special projects as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of SOF experience
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information security clearance
  • Detailed understanding of USAF/USN/USA/NATO analysis methodologies, and Joint capabilities within all domains.
  • Accreditations that include experience as a leader of a S3/J3/G3 Tactical Operations Center, Task Force staff, or Battle Staff experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, an associate degree and 10 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as a member of a team
  • Effective management, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
