The Opportunity:
As a CACI SOF Targeting Integrator, you will support the Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) mission. You will provide mission expertise in targeting analysis against High Value Targets (HVTs) and High Value Individuals (HVIs). You shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology to identify and employ data and tools that enhance the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and reach-back support to develop targeting support products that meet SOF operational requirements and assist in refining processes that enhance situational understanding of threat networks enabling SOCEUR to identify and provide tailored technology and integrated services to its SOF mission partners to counter and deter current and emerging global threats.
Responsibilities:
As a SOF Targeting Integrator, you will embed with SOCEUR, its SOF mission partners, and tenant organizations to provide expert mission knowledge and technical expertise that enables the effective integration of operations, intelligence, and innovative technology into seamless solutions that help shape both current and future SOCEUR mission requirements.
You will assist SOF operational and tactical commanders, their staff sections, and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threats and threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT Analysis you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency, and international partners. You will identify the capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to targeted threat networks. You will collaborate and coordinate on threat identification, and threat characterization, providing highly specialized functional and technical targeting expertise to SOCEUR and its SOF mission partners to identify capabilities designed to mitigate those threats while maintaining situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.
You will coordinate and deliver technology and capability integration that is informed by a deep understanding of currently deployed SOF capabilities, emerging threats, and the dangers those threats pose to U.S. national interests, based on a detailed understanding of the process required to move technology from research through operational capability delivery.
You will integrate mission expertise and innovative technologies and capabilities providing services, support, and training to SOF that drives process improvements and efficiencies which ultimately enhance the F3EAD targeting cycle and improve operational effectiveness to eliminate or neutralize threats and the networks that employ those threats, ultimately reducing threat levels for the SOCEUR and its mission partners.
