The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will support the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Serial Cryptographic Products (SCP) SPAWAR Modernization project. The programmer will work closely with government personnel on several systems in support of these projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Backend development utilizing Java, Spring Boot and relational database
  • Participate in Code reviews
  • Participate in Agile development process
  • Willingness to contribute to the frontend
  • Some system administration duties 

  

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 5 years experience in programming, integration, and testing of software code.
  • Experience coding in Java 
  • Experience writing web application backends and or web services.
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, and RedHat OS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field.
  • UI development experience, including HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Certifications in Java, C++, or similar programming languages

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,000 - $178,600
