The work you will be doing is to support the application development for Verizon call center agents to whom our customers will reach out for service. You will work with the guidance of a technical lead as a team member on various projects and guide other junior team members.
Designing, & developing application features by analysing business requirements
Executing full cycle of SDLC - concept , design, development, unit testing, release and support
Following agile processes and sprint guidelines to complete the delivery on time
Collaborating with other team members and interfacing teams with clear communication.
Mentoring other team members and guiding them for their deliverables
Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience on Frontend/Web technologies; React JS, CSS, HTML and Angular.
Experience in server side languages Node.js, JAVA and frameworks like Spring, Spring Reactive.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL database MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres
Proficiency with GIT and version control systems
Experience with RESTful API development.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Development.
Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
Experience on effective code review, quality, performance tuning experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Hunger to take up complex problems / challenges and experience working in a mission critical app
Good Communication skills
Experience in Monitoring tools (Kibana / Grafana / New Relic, etc)
