Productivity Solutions

Productivity Solutions team empowers users across the firm by providing productivity tools that enhance their daily workflows and help them stay connected with the Goldman Sachs ecosystem.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

Develop and maintain applications that improve employee productivity and efficiency

Implement new features in back-end services (predominantly Java) that integrate with internal systems

Execute DevOps processes including CI/CD pipeline management and deployment processes

Ensure applications are secure, reliable and scalable through best development practices

Provide ongoing support, address bugs and optimize performance

Collaborate with the QA team to ensure full regression testing of applications before any release to ensure stability and resilience

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Strong programming expertise in Java software development

Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed

Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Experience of end-to-end design and implementation of software products

Team player, eager to work in a regional agile/scrum pod within a global organization.

Analytical mindset, creativity, and commercial focus to deliver optimal solutions for the business.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the some of the following is advantageous, but not mandatory:

Concurrent programming and reactive programming frameworks (e.g. Spring / Vert.x)

Full stack development with a major web SPA framework such as React or Angular

Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE principles
