Job Description:

CACI is seeking a Mid to Senior Software Engineer  (3-5yrs ) to support our JDISS customer in the MD/DC/VA area.

*** THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ON SITE ****

Provide hands on technical engineering expertise and development of services, systems and interfaces in coordination with government and other engineers to ensure system requirements are met as each subsystem is identified, developed, integrated and validated.

Must be able to work in a changing environment and interact with multiple contractors, vendors and government personnel and work at customer site .

Provide out of the box thinking and way forward technology to align customer into modernization areas with to support Object Based, Activity Base intelligence with multiple data streams.

Required SkillSet:

  • All experience must be hands on for programming, and integration areas and be able to work independent and as part of matrixed team with changing requirements.
  • Ability to generate briefs, design and software related documentation at all levels.
  • Ability to brief the customer and others on status, provide demonstrations and support customer engagement
  • Must be able to work in RHEL, Windows environments Virtual, Hybrid , Physical and Cloud (AWS, Azure).
  • Build, design, develop, test and deploy software applications, services using multiple tools such as but not limited to JAVA, .NET, Angular, Node, Java Script, Materialize, Complex Queries and Views  for Web based applications .
  • Experience building, deploying and configuration of containers on multiple platforms for application and services . Examples, Kubernetes, Docker EE , RHEL PodMan and Openshift.
  • Experience with NiFi, Kafka, and other tools to support data ingest, export for streaming JSON, XML, OTH-G, KML, USMTF and other data formats for integration with other systems on multiple network domains.
  • Experience integrating with multiple identity management tools for CAC, PKI and Single Sign-on requirements as well as multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience in build and release process with Di2E and other SecDevOps and CI/CD environment govt, and private. This includes working build branches, tagging and release process from low to high side deployments.

Desired /Additional Skillset:

  • Experience working in DoD/IC community.
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in Microservices Frameworks for enterprise scaling within Cloud and Virtual environments for platform independent architectures.
  • Experience in test automation.

Degree:

BS Degree Engineering or Computer Science or other Technical

Clearance:

Must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be able to attain a CI Poly.
