Job Description:

The Opportunity:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Special Security Representative, you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

Responsibilities:

As a CACI SOAS  USAREUR-AF  Special Security Representative, you will embed at  Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required

Other duties as a Special Security Representative may include but are not limited to:

  • Establish procedures for the security clearance process for personnel, including submission, renewal, and termination of clearances.
  • Develop processes to oversee and coordinate background investigations for employees requiring access to classified information.
  • Develop and implement access control procedures for managing visitors to secure areas, including escorting and monitoring, to ensure only authorized personnel can enter sensitive areas.
  • Create procedures for handling, storage, transmission, and destruction of classified materials according to security regulations.
  • Establish a program for investigate security incidents and violations, implement corrective actions, and report them to appropriate authorizes.
  • Develop and conduct security training programs for personnel to educate them on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to protect classified information and assets.
  • Create procedures for compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual  (NISPOM).
  • Develop procedures for emergency response plans for security incidents,  including evacuations and lockdowns, to include a reporting system for security incidents and potential threats to higher authorities and maintain records of all incidents.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 3 years of directly related military experience; OR 9 years of directly related military experience
  • Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security or a related field
  • Experience providing assistance in the establishment, revisions, or reviews of policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for US Army USAREUR-AF SSO operations.
  • Military experience, particularly in the EUCOM or AFRICOM Theaters

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
