As a communications specialist in charge of seeing the communication teams' projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment. You will be part of the internal communications team and shall coordinate with teams across the organization to create and promote employee engagement campaigns ranging across topics such as goal setting, employee feedback, volunteering activities, hackathons, fun events, women's day campaign, etc.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we are looking for...

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Collaborating with designers, stakeholders from other departments to coordinate and complete events as per schedule and requirement.  

• Working with the design team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging.

• Overseeing deliverables for projects and ensuring quality of deliverables.

• Managing distros and ensure projects move forward

• Managing timelines and ensure we are distributing on a timely fashion

• Overseeing day to day projects execution and deliverables 

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Previous communications experience

• Someone able to handle more than 1 project at a time

• Strong mastery of the English Language both in written and speaking

• Knowledge of CMS platforms and internal comms tools such as Poppulo, Workplace, etc.

• Knows how to craft a Communications Timeline/Calendar
